B.H.G.A. minutes report concerning the lifting of a total Towing ban for a number of named individuals in the Norfolk area, who became know as the Norfolk Towing Group.

3rd May 1984

The following is a copy of the original letter from Reggie Spooner representing the BHGA confirming that the Norfolk Tow Group would be covered to continue experimenting with their towing system.
